Job Overview
We are seeking a Service Quality Specialist to join our Subsea team in Aberdeen, responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform supplier site visits to verify manufacturing processes meet Expro's standards.
- Generate supplier surveillance reports, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Review 3rd party supplied asset documentation to ensure requirements are met.
- Plan and execute audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Projects teams to ensure quality events are raised and addressed.
- Assist Supply Chain in supplier process reviews and improvements.
- Develop visibility tools to monitor high-risk supplier performance and conduct trend analysis.
- Support Projects team in creating and implementing supplier Quality Plans.
- Participate in continual improvement and lessons learned initiatives.
Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of quality management standards ISO 9001:2015 & API Q1 & Q2.
- Proven experience in a Supplier Quality Management role.
- Experience as a lead quality auditor.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products.
