Mealtimes are a significant part of our residents' daily routines. At Akari Care, we take immense pride in preparing meals that are not only of exceptional quality but also wholesome and nutritious. We are always attentive to individual dietary needs, cultural backgrounds, and personal preferences, ensuring that every resident enjoys a tailored dining experience.
As a crucial link between the kitchen and dining areas, you will have the freedom to design menus, plate dishes beautifully, and arrange food service in an appealing manner to encourage our residents' enthusiasm for meals.

Requirements:
- City & Guilds 706 1&2, or equivalent (achieved or in progress)
- Basic Food Hygiene Certification
- Experience as a Head Chef or Cook in a similar setting
- Supervisory or Management experience
- A caring disposition to provide personalized service
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and delegate
- Flexibility and adaptability to changes
- Warm, approachable, and engaging demeanor
- Respectful treatment of all individuals
- Resilience and adaptability to the diverse needs of residents and staff
