About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Team Member Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for various positions within our Catering, Portering, and Domestic Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment events and activities to attract top talent
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
