About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health's Cottingley Manor Fitness & Wellness Centre.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet individual needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and promote memberships
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve targets and improve lesson performance
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements

  • Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including Sundays
