A well-established and fast-growing business in the UK is looking for a skilled Payroll Technician to join their close-knit team. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a friendly and dynamic environment with a focus on hybrid working.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Processing payroll from client information with accuracy and efficiency
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving payroll and associated queries
• Supporting other departments with client payroll and PAYE matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
• Handling client data and preparing reports and documentation with attention to detail
• Maintaining accurate and concise record systems to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Providing administrative support to the Payroll Solutions team, contributing to the success of the business
• Addressing ad hoc queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Managing internal relationships and dealing with third-party queries, including HMRC and other external agencies.
