About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Import Coordinator to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our import operations team, you will be responsible for handling the full sea freight imports cycle, ensuring seamless and efficient logistics management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage bookings and sea freight quotes
  • Handle FCL and LCL shipments
  • Prepare and process sea freight documentation
  • Coordinate customs paperwork and invoicing
Requirements
  • Proven experience in ocean import consignments (FCL/LCL, sea import documentation)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Drive for excellence and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational skills and administrative abilities
  • Proven customer service skills
