Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary:

TekSelect is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on configuration, maintenance, and support for our Salesforce org.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Salesforce orgs, including setup, customization, and troubleshooting
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Salesforce queries and issues
  • Develop and deliver user training and adoption programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a strong focus on configuration and customization
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce flows, Apex, and Visualforce
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
