Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive atmosphere in the bar
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including those related to food and beverage handling and storage

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
  • Age 18 or over due to licensing laws
