Pizza Chef Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Pizza Chef to join our team at The Salisbury Arms in Cambridge. As a Pizza Chef, you will play a vital role in creating high-quality pizzas that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare pizzas quickly and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Maintain good hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
  • Adhere to portion controls and ensure accurate food preparation.
  • Unload and organize equipment and food deliveries.
  • Perform stock rotation and maintain correct storage conditions.
  • Prepare and present food items to our brand standard, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen environment.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve kitchen goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months experience in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Committed and passionate attitude to work, with a positive response to feedback.
  • Can-do and hardworking attitude, with a calm and efficient approach to duties.
  • Consistent high working standards, including attention to detail, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Good initiative to increase efficiency and take on extra responsibility.
