About the Role:

  • Develop and implement high-quality psychological interventions to support individuals with acquired brain injuries and neurobehavioural conditions.
  • Provide training and supervision to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support individuals with complex needs.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of service users.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure that Exemplar Health Care remains at the forefront of best practice in the care of individuals with complex needs.
  • Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement activities to ensure that services are delivered to the highest standards.
