- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to complete general administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
