  7. Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  9. Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to complete general administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in accounting software, including Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
  2. Excellent Excel skills, including VLookups, Pivot Tables, and financial modeling.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a focus on maintaining high-quality financial records.
  4. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
  5. Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with the bookkeeping team.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. Manage internal financial models and management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  2. Liaise with external bookkeepers and accountants to prepare year-end accounts and VAT returns.
  3. Reconcile and arrange payment of client money, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
