As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and comfort for our guests, while also leading and managing a team of housekeeping staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure that rooms meet our high standards.
- Manage and maintain public areas, including corridors, lifts, and public toilets.
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
- Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to ensure that the department is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for long periods and lift heavy objects.
