Urologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Urologist to join our team at Stockport NHS FT. As a Consultant Urologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our urology service.

• Providing specialist urology care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urological conditions
• Developing and implementing treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical options
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans
• Supervising and training junior medical staff and medical students

• FRCS or equivalent qualification
• Entry onto the General Medical Council's Specialist Register or in receipt of CCST within 6 months of interview
• Wide experience in urology surgery and ability to manage elective and emergency urology conditions
• Ability to train and supervise junior medical staff and medical students
