Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to support the student's academic and behavioral progress.
- Provide one-to-one support to the student, facilitating their learning and promoting positive behavioral outcomes.
- Support teaching staff in managing challenging behavior, using evidence-based strategies and techniques.
