We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Chef to join our team at Rhubarb Hospitality Collection. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the culinary team in delivering exceptional events, ensuring high-quality food and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and food development team to create innovative and delicious menus that meet the highest standards.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events, from canapé receptions to weddings and charity galas.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Event Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food trends and the London dining scene.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
