Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Fortus Recruitment Group. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment services to our clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify candidates and gain references
- Attend candidate and client meetings
- Deliver both temporary and permanent services to our clients
- General admin duties including compliance, timesheets, etc.
What We Offer:
- 32 days paid holiday (inc bank holidays)
- Birthday day off
- Great commission structure with uncapped earnings
- Quarterly lunch with Directors for top performers
- 1.30pm finish on a Friday
- Achievable progression targets
