Job Title: Business Analyst & Service Design Lead

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to take on a hybrid role as a Business Analyst and Service Design Lead. This role will involve leading market analysis, designing a high-level operating model, and driving the service design process for the rollout of a global data stewardship service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the internal market analysis to understand the data stewardship landscape across multiple global markets.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to design a high-level operating model that addresses the varying needs of different markets.
* Develop service design strategies that ensure the new data stewardship service meets the specific requirements of each market while maintaining overall consistency.
* Work closely with the project management team to plan and execute the initial rollout of the new service to selected markets.
* Engage with stakeholders across different regions to ensure alignment with the new service design and operating model.
* Identify potential challenges in service adoption and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* Oversee the transition of markets to the new service, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
* Provide continuous feedback and refinement of the service design and operating model based on real-world implementation.

Requirements:

* Strong experience as a Business Analyst with additional expertise in service design and operating model design.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and manage service design projects from concept to implementation.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working in a global or multi-market environment, with an understanding of cultural and operational differences.
* Ability to think strategically and creatively to design services that meet diverse market needs.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Experience in data stewardship or data management is a plus.
