Pineapple Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service & Technical Operative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver and collect equipment from customers, ensuring that it is clean and fault-free before leaving site.
- Provide technical support and maintenance services to customers, including routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair.
- Travel to customer sites to install and maintain equipment, ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
- Communicate with customers to arrange deliveries and collections, and to provide updates on the status of their equipment.
- Keep accurate records of all work completed, including reports and documentation.
- Full clean driving license.
- Ability to converse with customers and suppliers clearly and politely.
- Engineering background preferred.
- Presentable with an air of confidence.
- Availability to travel around the UK.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Physically able to lift and move equipment.
