About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our team at Corporate Travel Management (CTM) UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their travel needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level customer service to clients, ensuring that their travel requirements are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with emergency actions, contingency plans, and out-of-hours requirements.
  • Ensure client travel policies are adhered to correctly.
  • Meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Provide support and assistance as required to colleagues.
  • Ensure all administration tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Assist with reservations and travel-related requests.
  • Offer travel advice and guidance to clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in travel management operations, with a strong understanding of GDS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative to resolve problems.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and multitask under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Able to work flexible hours and respond to client needs in a timely manner.
