Job Title: Tech Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Specialist to join our team at Senitor Associates. As a Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits
  • Identify and resolve technical issues with Windows desktop, Mac OSX, and Windows Server operating systems
  • Support Microsoft Hyper-V & VMWare vSphere infrastructures
  • Support all Microsoft products including Office, Office 365 Exchange, Azure, SharePoint
  • Solve both hardware and software faults
  • Work with networking equipment including Firewalls, Wi-Fi solutions, and all other network equipment
  • Monitor and maintain client's infrastructure, patching, internal networks & broadband solutions
  • Monitor IT security and support administration functions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar IT role (MSP)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and infrastructure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
