Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Girling Jones, a leading South West Civil Engineering Contractor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing site teams, specialist subcontractors, and overseeing projects from award to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site teams, including engineers and foremen, to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Coordinate with specialist subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and implement short-term project plans to meet client expectations
  • Attend client progress meetings to provide project updates and address concerns
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure project specifications are met
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
