Job Title: Senior Software Engineer/Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a technical leader who can manage, mentor, and inspire a team of developers to achieve high performance and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery, contribute to code development, design, and architecture, and ensure the team follows best practices for software development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of developers to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans for team members.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with other developers to ensure integration and alignment of all components of the software.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Python development, including experience with frameworks such as Django or Flask, and knowledge of AI libraries. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, is also required.
