Halcyon Health & Social Care is seeking an exceptional Deputy Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Supported Living services.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Deputy Operations Manager to support our Operations Manager in leading our Supported Living services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations Manager in leading the Supported Living services team
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to our service users
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve service delivery
  • Manage and develop the skills of the Supported Living services team
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in a management role within Supported Living services
  • NVQ level 5 in Health and Social Care
  • Full UK driving license
  • Competent knowledge of CQC regulations (KLOEs)
