Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Advisor to join our team at EE. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized sales support to customers over the phone, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with EE's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
