Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support Partner

RGH-Global Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Positive Behaviour Support and Active Support Partner to join their Quality Assurance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized Positive Behaviour Support plans for individuals receiving services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans for individuals receiving services.
- Conduct functional assessments to identify the causes of challenging behaviour and develop appropriate intervention strategies.
- Regularly review and update PBS plans to reflect progress and any changes in the individuals needs.
- Support the Teams through in Service Workshops training and group wide PBS and AS training.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to staff to enhance their competence and confidence in applying PBS techniques.
- Act as a key liaison between the Quality Assurance Department and external PBS bodies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of best practices and legislative changes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness of PBS interventions to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing PBS strategies within a care or educational setting.
- Worked in education and/or social care at a Management level.
- Experience in delivering training and coaching on PBS principles to a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of the Key Principles of Active Support and relevant legislation and best practices in Positive Behaviour Support.
- Ability to conduct detailed assessments, analyse behaviour patterns, and develop evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong training and facilitation skills.
- Hold a full valid driving licence and have access to own car.
