In this role, you will be responsible for the transportation and retrieval of goods on behalf of Menzies Distribution Solutions Limited and its clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery with our dedicated team.

Position Details:

Work Location: Livingston Compensation: £15.50 per hour Shift Schedule: Options for Monday to Friday Nights or Sunday to Thursday Nights Weekly Hours: Standard 48 Hours Payment Frequency: Monthly Onsite Parking Available

Responsibilities of the HGV Class 1 Operator:

Perform general driving tasks while adhering to current legal standards and best practices for delivery and collection at various locations. Transport goods on behalf of our clients and their customers. Utilize electronic Proof of Delivery (POD) systems and modern technology (comprehensive training provided). Assist with the loading and unloading of products.

Requirements for the HGV Class 1 Operator:

Possession of a full UK C+E driving license. A minimum of 12 months of prior Class 1 driving experience. Strong driving capabilities. Maximum of 6 penalty points on your driving license. No previous driving disqualifications. Solid understanding of driving hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations.
