Workshop Supervisor

Our client, a leading joinery specialist, is seeking a skilled Workshop - Warehouse Supervisor to join their production team. Based in Amersham, this role will be responsible for ensuring quality control and delivering exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Liaise with the Production Manager to plan and coordinate production schedules
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and workshop environment
- Oversee quality control measures during the wrapping and packing stage of production
- Coordinate the recycling of packaging materials
- Monitor and maintain the temperature control of the workshop and offices
- Assist in the machine shop, with training provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience operating a forklift, with a valid license or certificate
- A good level of physical fitness, as the role requires manual handling
- Quality control experience is desirable
Monday to Friday, 8-hour day (7:30 am - 4:00 pm), with overtime opportunities available
