About the Role

Hays Senior Finance is seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Tax Manager to join their team in Birmingham. As a key member of the business, you will provide exceptional support to a talented team of Mobility tax professionals, fostering their growth and development while delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Mobility tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client service.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth.
  • Oversee compliance relationships, ensuring seamless execution and effective risk management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement tax strategies, driving business success.

Requirements

  • ATT/ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA/Law qualification and strong tax experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk management and compliance.
