About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our growing team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and reconcile financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and bank statements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable
  • Prepare and submit financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
