About the Role

Talent Chief Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Managing Recruitment Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from creating relationships with new clients and candidates to fulfilling requirements from both sides.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales recruitment, with experience in managing a team, working to targets, and being ambitious and driven by success. You will also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to articulate your thoughts and ideas effectively.

In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary, commission structure, quarterly and annual bonus top-ups, and a range of benefits including 23 days of holiday per year, free parking, and options for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from creating relationships with new clients and candidates to fulfilling requirements from both sides.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage a team of recruitment consultants to ensure that they are meeting their targets and providing excellent service to clients and candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales recruitment.
  • Experience in managing a team and working to targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to articulate thoughts and ideas effectively.
  • IT literacy, ideally with MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • A driver's license and own vehicle.
