Position Overview

As a Lead Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural vision and strategy for our organization. Your expertise will guide the development of enterprise architecture (EA) and roadmaps that span various business products, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), office networking, Software as a Service (SaaS), and IT Service Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and enhance strategies for enterprise architecture across diverse business domains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create processes and valuable assets that align with business objectives.
  • Drive improvements in service delivery and automation to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of Enterprise Technology services, from inception to retirement.
  • Ensure the application of software and vendor rationalization principles in all architectural designs.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, including designs, reports, and strategic plans.
Technical Expertise

Your strong background in modern Enterprise Architecture will enable you to co-create innovative solutions that leverage cutting-edge technology. You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of:

  • Cloud-native patterns and automation techniques.
  • APIs and self-service capabilities.
  • Information Security compliance and monitoring practices.
  • Full lifecycle management of applications.
Stakeholder Engagement

Effective stakeholder management is crucial in this role. You will be required to:

  • Engage with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Present proposals and reports supported by data analysis and visualization.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A comprehensive understanding of common business domains such as Finance, Legal, and HR.
  • Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Workday, and various HRIS systems.
  • Proficiency in end-user computing solutions.
