Job Title: Immigration Advisor/Solicitor

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Advisor/Solicitor to join our team at JAM Recruitment. As a key member of our corporate immigration team, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on UK immigration matters.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and coordinate a volume caseload of UK corporate immigration applications, including sponsor licence management, ILR, Business Visitor, Family Members, and EEA applications.
  • Provide advice and guidance to corporate clients on UK immigration and associated issues, including sponsor license applications and other corporate immigration applications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of immigration services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UK immigration policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of immigration services and achieve business objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong case management skills and experience of managing high-profile client accounts.
  • Familiarity with a process-driven approach to account management, working to KPIs and reporting to clients on key metrics.
  • Previous experience of UK corporate immigration, including sponsor licence management and other corporate immigration applications.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with financial control of client accounts and time recording.
  • Maintain and apply an up-to-date knowledge of the firm's risk management policies and operational procedures.
  • Familiarity with related professional services, such as Global Mobility, Relocation, Expat Tax, and Payroll.
