Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team, focusing on the Birmingham area. This role is essential in ensuring that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks across various trades in social housing properties.
- Take ownership of assigned work, striving for a 'First Time Fix' approach on all tasks.
- Adhere to budgetary and time constraints while delivering quality workmanship.
- Follow company Health and Safety protocols and stay informed about technical and legal standards relevant to your skill set.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in a multi-trade maintenance role.
- Possession of a full, clean driving license.
- Experience in social housing maintenance is preferred.
