ARM is working with a well-established building materials company with a global presence. We are currently recruiting for a Plant Maintenance Manager to join their team based in Central Wales on a permanent basis.
About the Role:
- You will be an experienced Mechanical Maintenance professional with a strong background in managing maintenance teams.
- Your experience will include Mechanical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems within a plant or manufacturing environment.
- You will have or be looking for a position within a management role, overseeing a team of fitters and contractors.
- Ideally, your experience will come from a heavy plant, quarry, or similar environment, but this is not essential.
- This is an onsite position working both inside and outside to ensure the plant's operational efficiency.
- You will be responsible for proactive maintenance planning, reacting to breakdowns, and overseeing team coverage, including day and night shifts.
- You will also have some budgetary responsibility and H&S/legal compliance.
- This role is key to ensuring the success of the plant, and you will be a vital part of the team.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK on a permanent basis.
