Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled joiner to join our team as a multi-skilled tradesperson. As a joiner, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance on social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out joiner repairs and maintenance, as well as other basic repairs in plumbing, decorating, and tiling.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Use own tools and van, with mileage paid at 45p per mile.
  • Work a 38-hour week, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • NVQs or City & Guilds in carpentry/joinery.
  • Long-term contract with the potential to become permanent.
