Role Overview

This position sits within the Arts and Entertainment team at Stretch Communications Ltd, working on the account for a leading direct-to-consumer media and entertainment brand within their loyalty program. The Promotions Account Manager will be responsible for campaign setup using our in-house CRM system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Briefing internal teams and planning project timelines
  • Overall project management, keeping to deadlines, and campaign approvals
  • Building key relationships with partners, stakeholders, and venues
  • Testing the customer journey and post-campaign analysis
  • Identifying risks and problem-solving to optimize the customer experience

Requirements

  • An organized, detail-oriented person with confidence and ability to build relationships quickly
  • A willingness to learn, ask questions, and proactively seek to develop knowledge
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure effective and efficient end-to-end campaign delivery
  • Comfortable problem-solving and pursuing opportunities to optimize campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 12 months of experience in a marketing/agency environment
