Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment. As a key member of our centralised business applications services team, you will be responsible for owning the technical roadmap and portfolio of initiatives centred around the global HR function's core HR system, SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner directly with the global HR function and its leaders to scope current usage, assess gaps, and gather requirements.
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders to identify and prioritise technical solutions.
  • Coordinate the delivery and implementation of technical solutions with 3rd party technical partners.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its capabilities.
