Job Title: Component General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Component General Manager to join our team at Time Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running and efficient manufacturing, assembly, stocking, and quality of all component parts associated with our company's portfolio of products.

About the Role:
  • Assist the Components Production Director in every aspect of running the Component Manufacturing Division.
  • Oversee and create scheduled plans for the efficient running of all departments within the Components Division.
  • Manage staff across all functions within production.
  • Ensure production targets and objectives are achieved.
  • Utilize our internal stocking system for production planning/scheduling throughout all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong background in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience of production planning, supply chain management, monitoring sales orders/stock, forecasting for future demand of new and existing products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft package including Excel and Outlook.
Desirable Skills/Experiences:
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure all manufactured goods comply with the Company's quality standards.
  • Understanding of the Injection moulding process and Mould tooling.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
