Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Engineer to join their team in Aylesbury, working on water/wastewater projects. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with higher management, providing opportunities for career growth and development.

Electrical Installation Engineer Role:
  • Plan and execute electrical installation activities to meet project requirements in a safe and cost-effective manner.
  • Ensure the health and safety of the commissioning phase of the project.
  • Produce and review Method Statements and Risk Assessments for electrical installation-based activities.
  • Assist in the production of electrical installation plans, inspection test plans, and training manuals.
  • Coordinate with the systems integration team to conduct Site Acceptance Tests and Telemetry commissioning.
  • Review P&ID diagrams and provide strategies for commissioning plant and equipment into existing processes.
  • Attend site meetings with clients' engineering and operational teams.
  • Undertake or supervise NICEIC electrical installation testing to C&G 2391 as requested.
  • Complete electrical installation & commissioning records and diaries.
  • Assist the design team in preparing electrical designs ensuring compliance with IEE regulations and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Fully Qualified Electrician to JIB Gold Card Standards.
  • Full UK Drivers licence.
  • Experience working in the UK on Industrial projects.
  • Water/wastewater experience is desirable.
  • LV or HV trained or experience.
  • Thames Water Passport (Desirable).
  • EUSR card (Desirable).
