Senior Commercial Property Consultant


Cityscape Consult is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. Our firm specializes in delivering exceptional property consultancy services, focusing on thorough assessments, innovative solutions, and meticulous project oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to procurement, commercial, and contractual frameworks.
  • Maintain compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality standards.

Project Management Duties:

  • Contract Administration & Client Representation
  • Preparation of Design & Specifications
  • Conducting Pre-acquisition Evaluations
  • Performing Condition Surveys on Heritage Properties
  • Developing Planned Maintenance and Asset Condition Schedules
  • Quality Assurance & Technical Oversight
  • Financial Monitoring for Banks/Funds
  • Conducting Measured Surveys
