Exciting Opportunity for a Supervisor

We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Supervisor to become a vital part of our team at Oliver Bonas.

As a Supervisor, you will collaborate with the store management team to enhance sales through exceptional customer service and top-notch operational practices. With a confident and engaging demeanor, you will oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, infusing a sense of enjoyment and genuine enthusiasm for OB that will inspire both the team and our customers.

This position offers a flexible contract, allowing you to work a predetermined number of hours each week across various days and shifts. Your schedule will be provided in advance by your line manager, and we are open to discussions regarding flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

As an OB Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the store's sales growth through commercial insights, including foot traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
  • Ensuring the team is aware of the store's sales objectives and current performance, along with their influence on KPIs.
  • Serving as a role model by delivering outstanding customer experiences and guiding the team to achieve similar high standards.
  • Conducting daily briefings to communicate store targets and focuses in the absence of the Store Manager or at their request.
  • Supporting the team during the manager's absence.
  • Adhering to company protocols for cash handling, including till transactions and cash reconciliation.
  • Regularly assessing and addressing replenishment needs to ensure best-selling and new products are available and the store is consistently merchandised to company standards.
  • Complying with all company health and safety and security protocols.
