Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Night Receptionist to join our team at Staycity Group. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and assist guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our guests and staff, including monitoring CCTV cameras and responding to emergencies.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of the reception area, including restocking supplies and completing laundry tasks.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, staff, and management, including reporting incidents and delays.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
