Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Fusion Welder to join our team at Proactive Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing PE pipework and associated electrofusion welded fittings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install PE pipework and associated electrofusion welded fittings
  • Provide general assistance with the installation and welding of pipe work
  • Operate and maintain welding equipment, including electrofusion machines and associated tools
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure welds meet industry standards and specifications
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
  • Maintain accurate records of work carried out
  • Utilize own transport and driving license for travel to and from work sites

Requirements:

  • Experience working on construction sites
  • Experience working with hand/power tools
  • CSCS card
  • Ability to assist with other tasks associated with the installation of district heating pipe work
