About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Huntress Search Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to end-users, retailers, and distributors of our products sold in the UK.
- Support service providers and engineers in resolving product-related issues.
- Perform daily tasks to maintain company procedures and ensure seamless operations.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, working to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and minimize the volume of open jobs (repairs) to ensure timely completion.
- Order spare parts and track backorders to facilitate timely repairs.
- Generate service calls on our repair management system.
- Assist with the sale of spare parts and provide expert advice as needed.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure timely deliveries and provide senior management with repair feedback.
- Contribute to internal office projects as required.
- Perform ad hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with others at all levels.
- Good numerical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
