We are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our busy dealership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warranty administration processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warranty claims and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with our sales and service teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient warranty processing.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track warranty performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warranty administration efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warranty administration, preferably in a main dealer environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of Kerridge or similar dealership management systems is an advantage.
