Supervise and Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual FOH Supervisor to join our team at Sodexo Prestige Venues & Events. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, managing tasks, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in our fast-paced and innovative catering facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of staff, delegating tasks and ensuring optimal service delivery.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and making recommendations on food and beverage options.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless events and conferences, ensuring timely setup and breakdown of facilities.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and safety protocols, with a commitment to adhering to company standards.
