About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Unit Nurse Manager. As a key member of our care home team, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of nursing care that meets the needs of our residents.

As a Unit Nurse Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You will be responsible for implementing person-centred care plans, recruiting, training, and mentoring staff, and building relationships with local regulators and social services.

We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious, and resilient individual who has a strong track record of delivering improvements to achieve quality care. You will have a current NMC registration, experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, and an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a natural leader who has acted as a clinical mentor, including supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship. You will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary, a range of benefits, and opportunities for professional development. If you are a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.

  • Free training and development for all roles
  • Access to wellbeing and support tools
  • A range of retail discounts and savings
  • 'Nurse Mentor' and 'Refer a Friend' bonus schemes
