Job Title: Psychology Graduate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Psychology Graduate, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD.

About the Role:

As a Psychology Graduate, you will be responsible for supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom, helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions, and working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1 or in small groups in the Learning Support department.

You will also be responsible for keeping track and recording pupil progress, and working closely with the teaching staff to develop strategies to support children's learning.

Requirements:
  • Psychology Graduate degree
  • Experience working with children with SEMH, SEN, ASD, and ADHD
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability
