Vets for Pets is a dynamic and expanding veterinary practice based in southwest London. We are a small animal practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients and their pets.
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient and client care, working closely with our veterinary surgeons and other support staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with surgical procedures.
- Work closely with our veterinary surgeons to ensure seamless patient care and excellent communication with clients.
- Participate in the development and implementation of nursing protocols and procedures.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve excellent patient outcomes and client satisfaction.
**Requirements**
- Registered Veterinary Nurse qualification (RVN) and current registration with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, veterinary surgeons, and other support staff.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient care and client satisfaction.
- Knowledge of veterinary nursing procedures and protocols, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
