Job Description

We are working with Linear Recruitment Ltd to employ an experienced Site Manager on a permanent basis to work on a major construction project. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the site, ensuring client requirements are met and complying with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety: Ensuring site standards are maintained, assisting with risk assessments, investigating accidents, and conducting site inspections.
  • Production: Working to a predetermined program and schedule.
  • Quality: Ensuring high standards of workmanship are maintained, completing quality records, and ensuring continuity of process.
  • Collaboration: Working together with site personnel to improve standards through joint site inspections and reviews of site monitoring results.
  • Progress Meetings: Conducting regular progress meetings with clients to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Site Personnel Management: Managing and supervising site personnel to ensure effective project delivery.
Requirements:
  • NRSWA (Supervisors) certification.
  • Supervisory Management training (SMSTS) certification.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
  • Experience working in the Utilities sector, preferably with Water.
  • Full UK driving license.
